IPTicket

The IPTicket online helpdesk system brings you the full control of the orders and problems reported by your company customers or your department users, as well as its resulting services. Through the use of a workflow system, this application assignes tasks  betwen your employees, allowing the complete control of human and material resources allocated to each assistance event. The IPTicket also gives you a set of reports and statistics that makes easier the management of your costs, services, and invoice emission. At any time, this system allows the customer to report his problems and to control the entire relation with his service supplier.
